Disclaimer and Terms of Service Agreement
By scheduling services offered by Ignite the Valor in You, you hereby acknowledge that you have read this Disclaimer and Terms of Service agreement and that you fully understand, agree with and accept the terms and conditions set forth below:
Time Zone: All live appointments for Mediumship or Intuitive Guidance booked on the calendar are scheduled in the Eastern Standard Time Zone. Please take note and be sure to check the time zone and corresponding time in your location prior to booking an appointment.
Appointments: As we strive to be prompt for all our clients, all Mediumship or Intuitive Guidance appointments start on time and end on time. In the event that you are late to your scheduled appointment, please know that no refund for lost time will be issued and appointments will not run over the allotted time.
Payment: All payments are due in advance at the time of booking, whether for a live appointment or a pre-recording. Appointments are not considered booked until payment has been received. All payments are non-refundable, unless in the event of an unavoidable emergency by Ignite the Valor in You, in which case, your appointment will be rescheduled to a mutually convenient time. For Tarot readings, all readings are pre-recorded and as such, are not subject to refunds or rescheduling.
Rescheduling Policy: If you are unable to attend your live scheduled Mediumship or Intuitive Guidance appointment, kindly reschedule your booking at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance. Failure to reschedule before such time will result in the forfeiture of your payment if you do not attend your originally scheduled appointment.
Privacy: Ignite the Valor in You strives to create a safe place where clients can speak openly. All communication from a client during an appointment is held in the strictest confidence, however, if a client indicates intent to harm him or herself or harm others or indicates that he or she is in imminent danger or is planning to commit or has committed a crime, such information will be reported to appropriate professionals. Client hereby grants Ignite the Valor in You permission to take photos and/ or video of his or her participation. Client further agrees that any or all of the material captured may be used, in any form, as part of any future publications, brochures, or other printed materials used to promote Ignite the Valor in You, as well as online or digitally, and further that such use shall be without payment of fees, royalties, special credit or other compensation. You hereby release Ignite the Valor in You from any privacy breach with regard to this paragraph.
Pre-recordings: Ignite the Valor in You pre-records all Tarot readings and you, the client, are provided with a private link. Ignite the Valor in You retains all copyright of such work product and grants the end user a license to view the pre-recording only. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. By booking an appointment, you hereby acknowledge that you have read this and agree to the terms herein. We assume no further responsibility or obligation once you have received your private link. Follow up discussions, questions, or requests for additional information are specifically not included with this service. You assume the risk of handling your private link once you have received it, and hereby release Ignite the Valor in You from all further obligations and responsibility therefrom.
Disclaimer: The services provided by Ignite the Valor in You and the use of our website are offered for your enjoyment, consideration and contemplation and are intended for use only by adults age eighteen (18) and over. The Client understands that Ignite the Valor in You does not guarantee the results of any reading. Client should not enter into a reading with specific expectations and hereby acknowledges the same. All readings and associated communications are not intended as, and should never be regarded as legal, medical, financial, psychological or business advice or fact and are subject to interpretation by you, the client. You hereby release and hold harmless Ignite the Valor in You for any actions/inactions that you may take related to the information provided to you and you understand that such information is never a substitute for qualified professional services.
Refusal of Service: Ignite the Valor in You reserves the right to refuse services to any client if our service provider feels threatened or unsafe.
Legal: The provisions of this Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the provisions of all applicable laws and regulations of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania without reference to its principles of conflicts of laws. In accordance with and pursuant to the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, our services are provided for entertainment purposes only. By booking an appointment you hereby acknowledge this paragraph.
